The report of NTDC on January 23 power outage across the country came out.
NTDC has submitted the blackout report to the Power Division. According to the report, tripping occurred on the 500 kV transmission lines due to frequency fluctuations.
The report said that the system of NTDC and K Electric went down due to tripping. 11 thousand 356 megawatts of power went out of the system due to the system sitting.

According to the NTDC report, the frequency of the system was 50 MHz before the collapse. The frequency suddenly increased to 57 MHz. The sudden increase in frequency caused load and voltage imbalance on the system.
The report states that the main fault occurred in Gaddu transmission lines. The restoration process was started immediately from Tarbela, Mangala and Warsak. There were several trips in Tarbela, Mangala and Warsak. .
