ISLAMABAD (Daily Pakistan Online) Registrar Supreme Court has returned the application against contesting election for more than one seat of the members of the assembly with objections.
According to the private TV channel “Express News”, 7 objections were raised against the application from the registry office. The objection was raised by the registrar that Article 184 No. 3 of the Constitution does not apply to individual complaints. the language is vague and incoherent, no points of public interest are identified in the petition. The registrar further said that the complainant did not refer to the relevant forum, there is no relevant material in the petition for the application of Article 184 (3).
