The boxing match between Lee Wood and Mauricio Lara takes place on February 18 NewsPipa

The WBA featherweight fight between British boxer Lee Wood and Mexican boxer Mauricio Lara will be held in Nottingham on February 18. Previously, the match between the two was supposed to have taken place in September last year, but due to Lewood’s injury, the match could not take place. Leawood won the WBA featherweight title in July 2021 and still holds it, in March 2022 he defended his title against Michael Cullen, the defending champion in a fight on 18 February.
