The army chief met the Emirati president and prime minister, discussed defense and military cooperation – Ausaf daily NewsPipa

Army General General Asim Munir during his visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) held meetings with the Emirati President and Prime Minister where defense and military cooperation were discussed. Army Chief General Asim Munir arrived in Abu Dhabi on a visit to the United Arab Emirates after completing his visit to Saudi Arabia. Emirati President Sheikh Muhammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan congratulated the Army Chief on becoming the Chief of the Pakistan Army.

And expressed wishes for success in fulfilling the duties. On this occasion, the two personalities discussed Pakistan-Emirate defense and military cooperation and discussed the joint strategy in this regard. Important personalities including the National Security Adviser and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Emirates were also present in the meeting. Later, the army chief also met Emirati Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in Dubai. During the meeting, defense and military issues were discussed.
