Lahore: Vice Chairman PTI Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that Imran Khan’s decision to dissolve the provincial assemblies is irreversible.
He said this in a special conversation with ARY News, he said that Imran Khan’s thinking in this regard is very clear.
He said that chairman Imran Khan has consulted everyone about dissolution of assemblies and has taken everyone into confidence, he believes that now we should approach the people.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that the situation in the country has deteriorated, the present assemblies have completely lost their value and the trust of the people as the PDM government seems to be completely unable to deliver.
He said that Speaker Imran Khan’s decision to dissolve the two provincial assemblies is irrevocable, but due to technical reasons, it may take a few days back and forth.
Responding to a question, the PTI leader said that the country is almost on the verge of bankruptcy, our LCs are not opening, have technically defaulted.
He said that Imran Khan believes that fresh elections are the only solution to this crisis, fresh elections will be held only if the assemblies are dissolved, the Speaker has completed consultations with the ministers of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
