Instructs concerned agencies to be alert for rain and snowfall in northern areas of Balochistan NewsPipa

Quetta: Due to rain and snow in the northern areas of Balochistan, Chief Minister Mir Abdul Qudous Bizenjo instructed the relevant administrations and institutions including PDMA to be alert. Preparations should be made to deal with any kind of emergency, essential aids and alternative fuel should be made available in sensitive districts Abdul Qudus Bizenjo said heavy machinery and personnel should be deployed at sensitive locations on national highways and according to weather conditions. A travel advisory should be issued to the public. Control rooms should be kept operational 24 hours a day at the district and provincial levels.
