The Lahore High Court will hear the petition to remove Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan from his party post tomorrow (Friday).
According to the TV channel 24News HD, the court has summoned the attorney general and the attorney general for assistance in interpreting the constitutional points in the case.
The court has also issued notices to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), the federal government, Imran Khan and other parties.
The channel said LHC judge Sajid Mehmood Sethi will hear the petition filed by lawyer Mohammad Afaq against Imran Khan.
The petitioner has appealed to the LHC to remove Imran Khan from the chairmanship of PTI as he is already disqualified in the Toshakhana reference.
