Mike Tindall has revealed that he had discussions with the royal family before joining I’m a Celebrity Jungle.
The former England rugby captain, who is married to Princess Anne’s daughter Zara, is in Australia with other campmates to take part in the hit ITV reality show.
But now, Mike, 44, has revealed that he had to “talk” with fellow royals before signing up for I’m A Celebrity.
Before heading into the jungle, the rugby ace told reporters:
Mike also revealed that he fears he will infuriate his I’m A Celebrity camp mates with his boisterous eating habits, which his wife Zara despises.
A former England rugby captain warned the royal family to beware of his unrefined manners while camping.
“She’s very happy when someone makes a comment about the size of my breath when I’m eating because that’s always the point she brings up.
“But if your nose gets bruised as badly as mine, that’s just a by-product.
“Zara told me to be yourself. That’s all you can do. She said enjoy yourself and be yourself.”
