Dost Mohammad Mazari has been remanded for two more days by the Anti-Corruption Commission
LAHORE (92 NEWS) – Lahore court has remanded Dost Muhammad Mazari to fight corruption for two more days.
After the two-day remand, the anti-corruption department produced former deputy speaker Dost Mohammad Mazari in the judicial magistrate court. Prevention of corruption by applying for further remand of Dost Muhammad Mazari for investigation. Dost Mazari’s lawyer Farhad Ali Shah opposed further physical remand. After hearing arguments from both sides, the court upheld the decision to remand.
Dost Mohammad Mazari said, political revenge is being taken, this series should be stopped. After the hearing, the people who came with Dost Mazari attacked the anti-corruption team.
The agitators said that their friends would not allow Mazari to be taken back from Kachari district.
