Pakistan Stock Exchange Index recorded positive trend on the second day of the business week.

According to the details, the market closed up 544 points at 41 thousand 808 points on the second day of the trading week on the sharp fall in the index on the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

A total of 367 companies’ shares were traded throughout the day, out of which 253 companies’ shares increased and 89 companies’ shares decreased.

Today’s market high was 41,833 and low was 41,264

On the other hand, interbank dollar prices fell on the second day of the working week.

According to data released by the State Bank of Pakistan, the interbank rate of the dollar fell by 24 paise.

According to forex dealers, the dollar closed at Rs 220.65 from 220.89 interbank.

Besides, the price of the dollar fell by 50 paisa to 226 taka 50 paisa in the open market.
