A 27-year-old man has been charged with a number of crimes after two PSNI officers were injured when police cars crashed in Co Tyrone on Monday.
The PSNI has confirmed that the man has been charged with dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, and using a car without insurance.
He is scheduled to appear in Dungannon Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
All claims will be reviewed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, as is normal procedure.
Police were attempting to stop Augnacroy’s vehicle, which was being driven erratically in the Tulleyvar Road area around 3:50 am.
A black Nissan X-Trail was spotted shortly after ramming a police car in the Ravella Road area.
PSNI confirmed that two officers suffered minor injuries after the incident.
