ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan has taken an important decision regarding the country’s 100-year-old and above voters.
As per the details, the Election Commission has taken an important decision regarding the voters aged 100 years and above and announced that the voters aged 100 years and above will be re-scrutinized.
The Election Commission has decided to conduct door-to-door verification of senior voters and said details of the said voters have been given to provincial and district offices.
The names of senior citizens will be re-verified before being included in the electoral roll and this verification will continue till August 13.
According to the sources of the Election Commission, the work of preparing the new electoral list for the general elections is in the final stage.
